RESOLUTION #25-08 – APPROVE MINUTES FROM MARCH 20, 2025
MOVED by Member Rose, seconded by Member Neuhauser
RESOLVED, to approve the minutes of the March 20, 2025, meeting as submitted.
Ayes - Carey, Cerretani, Rose, Brockway Jr., Baxendell, Maloney-Hahn, Neuhauser Resolution
Passed

Vacancy interviews
The board met with two candidates, Ryan Ramplin and Dave Norte, to fill a vacancy that would happen
when Lisa Maloney-Hahn steps down. The discussion revealed each candidate's background, motivations
for joining, and perspectives on town planning, including topics like the comprehensive plan and handling
development proposals. Ultimately, after deliberation highlighting the strengths of both individuals and
thinking forward to the comprehensive plan needs, the board reached a consensus to recommend Ryan
Ramplin for the open role.
RESOLUTION #25-09 – TOWN OF GROTON PLANNING BOARD MAKES A
RECOMMENDATION THAT RYAN RAMPLIN BE APPOINTED TO THE PLANNING BOARD.
MOVED, by Member Baxendell, seconded by Member Neuhauser
RESOLVED, to make the recommendation to the Groton Town Board that Ryan Ramplin be appointed to
the Town of Groton Planning Board.

Passed Nays – None
The selection of Vic e Chair was tabled until the next meeting on May 15, 2025.
There being no further business and no new information from the Town. Member Rose, moved to adjourn,
seconded by Member Neuhauser at 7:45 pm. Unanimous.
