The meeting was brought to order by Carolann Darling, as former Chair.
RESOLUTION #25-001 - APPROVE MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 21, 2024 MEETING
MOVED by Member Gaines, seconded by Member Moody
RESLOLVED, that the Zoning Board of Appeals hereby approves the minutes of the February 21,
2024 Organizational Meeting as presented.
Organizational Items:
RESOLUTION #25-002 - SCHEDUAL REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING DATE AND
TIME AND LIAISON TO THE TOWN CLERK’S OFFICED
MOVED by Member Gaines, seconded by Member Moody
RESOLVED, that the Zoning Board of Appeals sets the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm
as their regular meeting date and time and be it further
RESOLVED, that Ed Moody is hereby appointed as liaison to the Town Clerk’s Office.
Ayes - Gaines, Darling, Moody Resolution Passed

RESOLUTION #25-003 - NOMIATE MONICA MOLL AS ZBA VICE CHAIR
MOVED by Member Darling seconded by Member Gaines, to nominate Monic Moll as the new
Vice Chair of the Town of Groton Zoning Board of Appeals.
Ayes - Gaines, Darling, Moody Resolution Passed
Nays -
RESOLUTION #25-004 - NOMINATE ED MOODY AS ZBA CHAIR
MOVED by Member Darling, seconded by Member Gaines to nominate Ed Moody as the new
Chair of the Town of Groton Zoning Board of Appeals.
Ayes - Gaines, Darling, Moody Resolution Passed

There being no further business to come before the ZBA, motion to adjourn was made by Member
Darling, seconded by Member Gaines, at 7:15pm. Unanimous.
