Yes we did review the changes to the Plans Sets and EAF documents dated 7/29/2024 and
found them to be preliminary acceptable. We have not yet re-run the model data forwarded to
us to see if it is consistent with NYSDEC requirements. The model data that was forwarded to
us on 7/12/2024 was dated 5/24/2024, which was prior to the second & final revisions that were
made, so we still want to make sure the model is the most current one before spending time on it
. Please forward us the updated model when you get a chance.
