Re: Community Utility Solar Development — South Main Street Project 41 and 92
Dear Mrs. Cargian,
The purpose of this letter is to request to be placed on the September 10, 2024 Town Board meeting for
South Main Street Projects #1 and #2. For a noticed public hearing for both projects and also continued review
by the Town Board.
The last Town Board meeting Delaware River Solar attended was August 13, 2024 to go over the
Tompkins County 239 review letter and to also request a Public Hearing time and date be set for the September
10th meeting. We would like to submit the attached site plan and response memorandum for the Town Boards
review.
Storm water pollution and prevention plan (SWPPP) Hydro CAD model was sent to Mr. Buhl, Town
Engineer, on 8/15/24. We are waiting for comments or any additional requests for information from Mr. Buhl.
Ten (10) copies of the updates site plan, sheet C 10 1 and the 239 Response Memo are included in this
submission for the boards review.
Please contact our office if you are missing any information or need clarification on any of the items
submitted.
