Approval of Minutes- February 16, 2023 A motion was made by Member Sam Rose to approve the Town of Groton Planning Board Minutes of February 16, 2023, as submitted. The motion was seconded by Member Lisa Maloney Hahn, with the vote record as follows: Ayes: Member Rose Nays: None Member Maloney Hahn Absent: Cerretani Member Carey Absent: Neuhauser Member Baxendell Member Brockway Motion carried. This becomes Action #2 of 2023. New Business Review document from EDS, landscape architects, assist in determination of visually sensitive resources and send comments to the Town Board by the 29th of June. Input on Representative Viewpoints Identify any additional (Visually Sensitive Resources) VSRs. Page 2 of 2 The board does not believe that there are any additional VSRs outside of what is currently outlined in the provided documentation. Identify any existing and proposed sensitive land-uses. The board is not currently aware of any proposed sensitive land-uses. Identify any potential photo simulation locations in the vicinity of the proposed Facility. The board would like to request an additional photo simulation of viewpoint #25 (Coordinates: 42.55840 N, 76.42707 W). The Board would also like to make an additional request for the complete amount of acreage proposed for this project with ab breakdown by Town and County. Other Matters None Adjournment At 8:15 pm, a motion was made by Chairmen, Mark Baxendell to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Member Sam Rose, with all members present voting in favor.
