Dear Mr . Totman :
l ThelPlanning Board has recently been in the process of revising
its Town of Groton Land Use and Development Code . These changes
necessitate a new document ' s being prepared for presentation to
and 'approval by the Groton Town Board .
I propose to update the Land Use and Development Code document

ncorporating all of the changes made by the Planning Board as of
May 20 . This revised document will include a Table of Contents
and a Key Word Index to facilitate use of the document .
You will be provided with .
I * ',', two print copies of the existing , Land Use and Development
Code which include rationale and revisions , in a format
suitable for presentation to the Groton Town Board ;
2 . two print copies of the revised Land Use and Development
Code after approval by the Groton Town Board ;
3 . two 5 1 / 4 " floppy disks of the existing Land Use and
Development Code with associated rationale in WordPerfect
4 . 2 format ;
4 . two 5 1 / 4 " floppy disks of the final , revised Land Use and
Development Code in WordPerfect 4 . 2 format .
To perform this work , I will require :
1 . a print copy of the existing Land Use and Development Code ;
2 * a copy of the same document on a 5 1 / 4 " floppy disk ;
3 . copies of the Minutes of the Meetings that reflect the
proposed changes along with the accompanying rationales to
be incorporated into one of the documents ;
4 . the name of a person whom I can contact if I require
clarification on the revisions .
The total cost for this project is $ 750 . The project will be
completed in accordance with a mutually agreeable timetable .
I urge you to accept this proposed project as its completion will
professionally reflect the many long hours that your Planning
Board , has dedicated to its task of revising the Land Use and
Development Code . Please let me know of your decision as soon as
possible by calling the above - listed number after 5 pm .
