G . ' TOTMAN opened the meeting at 6 , 15 p . m . Minutes of the February 18 , 1988
meeting '' were read and reviewed . C . TWIGG made the motion the minutes be accepted
as presented ; B . CASOLARA seconded the motion . Vote was in favor . Motion carried .
PROPOSED MINOR SUBDIVISION proposed by ROGER GLEASON on Lick St . in the
Town of" Groton , located west of Lick St . and north of. Rt . 222 , Tax Map No .
121 - 1 - 21 . 2 :
TOTMAN : As my memory serves me and by reading the minutes of the last meeting;
we were talking about a major subdivision and a public hearing . Before we
get', into that lets clear up the minor subdivision on Licke St . , the
Koekebacker subdivision .
GLEASON : , This is the 1 . 95 acres south of the Koekebacker property on Lick St .
TOTMAN ; Does any one have any questions about this proposal ?
GLEASONe , I did not get the map in on time to get to everybody before the
meeting and I apologize . I brought it to the Town Hall .
TOTMAN : : This is the little piece of land between the Rice property and
Koekebacker that we agreed Koekebacker could buy because it was an add on ,
it was not really a subdivision . It squares up the land that Roger has .
The stipulation , before . . was that • Koekebacker was . going, to add it onto
his existing property , now that ' s not going to happen and Roger wants
to get it approved so that he can sell it to somebody other than Koekebacker .
The Board agreed last time it would be okay upon presentation of the final
map at tonight ' s meeting . Are there any further questions ?
BILL ' . CASOLARA made the motion the Board accept the final map of the proposed
Minor Subdivision proposed by ROGER GI , EASON located on Lick St . Tax Map No .
121 - 1 - 21 . 2 ; MIKE POST second the motion .
