PROPOSAL :
Remove the Section and Classification " Facility . " All references
to the categorization of land usage by " Facility " would be
deleted . This proposal is based upon an inherent implication
that a " facility " has a use or related activity .
Remove Sections 120 - 125
Remove references to FACILITY Types in Section 351 " Table of
Land Use Regulations . "

land rather that the type of facility . The following changes
