RE: Tompkins County Outlook Mapping Report -- Local Maps
Recently you received a copy of the Tompkins Countv Outlook Marminct
Report, Phase I. That report contains maps of public service boundaries,
roads, utilities, natural features, and general land use features for the
County as a whole.
In order to make these maps more easily usable by local communities, we
have run a series of maps of each Town. These are at a larger scale than
found in the Mapping Report, and include the entirety of your Town as well
as portions of surrounding communities in Tompkins County. In the case
of Villages, the maps for the surrounding Town were prepared.
A set of these maps is enclosed for your use, and copies of these maps
have been sent to the chair of your Planning Board. If you have questions
about these maps, about the original Mappina Report, or about other
mapping needs, please contact the Planning Department at 274-5560.
