Plan Review – Alteration of Previously Approved Site Plan
Chairman Mark Baxendell recognized Alan Wilkinson, representing Route 34B Self Storage LLC, who
explained that he was seeking approval to make some changes to the previously approved Site Plan for
his business. He stated that the contractor for construction of the self-storage facilities had put the
building in the wrong place. Now he wished to add on to a building(s), but there would be no change
in the square footage of the buildings onsite; only the layout is changing. He would like to replace the
climate-controlled building with two smaller buildings that are not as wide nor tall.

being completed before buildings for that phase are constructed.
Drainage issues were discussed, as well as trees, which Mr. Wilkinson reported he was not happy
with. There was also a concerned neighbor.
