Minutes were approved without changes --
B . Casolara motioned
V . Rankin Seconded - motion carried
C . Nichols briefly explained the application for a new structure
to be used for an office and for equipment repair , 8 - 10 vehicles ,
possible fuel storage ,, existing business for about 3 years . The
Environmental Assessment form was missing from the application .
R . Walpole - Information only on a proposed subdivision on Salt Rd .
Courtesy call only to inform Board members of the upcoming auction
and the possibility of a subdivision .
Gary Wood presented his proposal dated September 27 , 1988 to the
Town Board re : Revision to Section 407 .
- An addition to the revision was proposed to accomodate structures
that are used for Agricultural purposes only . A fee of $ 10 . 00
was proposed .
B . Casolara made motion to approve the revision including the
$ 10 . 00 Agricultural use structure .
V . Rankin seconded
All in favor -- motion carried
Board reviewed the proposal by the Cortland Paving Company .
