In the absence of G . Totman , M . Post opened the meeting at 8 * 30 p . m .
Due to the lack of a quorum , no official meeting was held .
Proposal for GRAVEL PIT MINE , Spring St . , ;Town of Groton , application
was reviewed and clarified for the Board members .
A . SCHONEMAN was sent the letter from Town Attorney Jack Fitzgerald
concerning putting two trailers on one lot „ on Champlin ' Rd . , Town of Groton .
SHERRY O ' BRIEN submitted a Site Plan Review for approval before a
permit is issued for a Motor Vehicle Repair Shop on Sharpsteen Rd . , Town
of Groton . Due to the fact there was no quorum present , the Board tentatively
set a Special Meeting for Tuesday , June 25 to approve or disapprove the
Site Plan Review . v
Meeting was adjourned and the next regular meeting was set for Tuesday
July 16 , 1985 at 8 : 00 p . m .
