The motion was seconded by Member Ed Neuhauser, with the vote recorded as follows: Ayes: Member Baxendell Nays: None Member Brockway Member Carey Member Neuhauser Absent: Member Cerretani Member Maloney Hahn Member Rose Motion carried. This becomes Action #1 of 2022. Selection of Board Vice-Chair A motion was made by Member Monica Carey to select Leon Brockway, Jr. as Town of Groton Planning Board Vice Chair for 2022. The motion was seconded by Member Neuhauser, with the vote recorded as follows: Ayes: Member Baxendell Nays: None Member Brockway Member Carey Member Neuhauser Absent: Member Cerretani Member Maloney Hahn Member Rose Motion carried. This becomes Action #2 of 2022. (T) Groton Planning Board Minutes of Organizational Meeting 20 January 2022 18 August 2016 Page 2 of 2 Selection of Regular Meeting Date and Time A motion was made by Member Lisa Maloney Hahn to maintain the regular meeting date of this Board as the 3rd Thursday of every month at 7:30 p.m., seconded by Member Neuhauser, with a vote recorded as follows: Ayes: Member Baxendell Nays: None Member Brockway Member Carey Member Neuhauser Absent: Member Cerretani Member Maloney Hahn Member Rose This becomes Action #3 of 2022. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – 18 NOVEMBER 2021 A motion was made by Member Rose to approve the Minutes of the 18 November 2021 Planning Board meeting, as submitted. The motion was seconded by Member Brockway, with the vote recorded as follows: Ayes: Member Baxendell Nays: None Member Brockway Member Carey Member Neuhauser Absent: Member Cerretani Member Maloney Hahn Member Rose Motion carried. This becomes Action #4 of 2022. OTHER MATTERS • Chairman Baxendell informed those present that he had invited the Town’s Highway Superintendent and Deputy to the next meeting as part of this Board’s training requirements for 2022. ADJOURNMENT At 7:50 p.m., a motion was made by Member Rose to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Member Maloney Hahn, with all members present voting in favor. Joan E.
