REGULAR MEETING
The Regular Meeting of the Town of Groton Planning Board was called to order by
Chairman Mark Baxendell at 7:35 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - 17 JUNE 2021
A motion was made by Member Sam Rose to approve the Minutes of the 17 June 2021 Planning
Board meeting, as submitted. The motion was seconded by Member Leon Brockway, with the
vote recorded as follows:
Ayes: Chair Baxendell Nays: None
Member Carey
Member Maloney Hahn
Member Brockway Absent: Member Cerretani
Member Rose
Member Neuhauser
Motion carried.

Lead Agency under SEQRA. The motion was seconded by Member Lisa Mahoney -Hahn, with the
vote recorded as follows:

A motion was then made by Member Rose that, based on the information and analysis of the
SEQR concerning this application for a proposed Elder Cottage, the Town of Groton Planning
Board has determined that the proposed action will not result in any significant adverse
environmental impact, resulting in a Negative Declaration. The motion was seconded by
Member Carey, with the vote recorded as follows:
Ayes: Acting Chair Brockway Nays: None

Member Rose Abstain: Chairman Baxendell
Motion carried.
This becomes Action #16 of 2021.
A motion was then made by Member Maloney Hahn that the Town of Groton Planning Board
waives a public hearing and approves the Final Site Plan for the Elder Cottage, as requested.
The motion was seconded by Member Rose, with the vote recorded as follows:
