( 1000 ) yards o f grave. . to b_e used by the Town , of Grotori��f_or
bridge construction on . Clark ' Street , Ext . 1 .

Rural 'Subdivision 4 Proposal by R . Gleason : Tax Map- . # 20 - 1 - 40. : 2
The ' property.: has 17 . 6 acrea on Old Stage Road . . ' The
proposal is . . to divide �, the lot into three ( 3 ) five plus acre
parcels . Because of. they shape ,. of the lot , one- parcel would
bsr an interior lot. with:, a right.- ofi- way- as the. • access . This
one parcel would not, have. the . 200 foot frontage , required by
the - Town Ordinance'.'
