G . Totman , Chairman , opened the Planning Board Meeting .
R . Gleason made Motion the Minutes of the January 17 , 19864
meeting be approved . N . Ostrander seconded the motion .
Votes All in favor . Motion carried ..
G . Totman read a request from the attorney of Mr . Stinehour
concerning an approved Subdivision of August 9 , 1983 . He commented that
he did not remember any item from that Subdivision left standing . It
was not clear from the letter exactly what Mr . Stinehour wanted .
The minutes of the Public Hearing of August 9 , 1984 and
the Planning Board Meeting were reviewd . It was decided what was needed
was for the Planning Board to sign the Maps for the final approval of
the August 9 , 1983 Subdivision ..
Unless something comes up that requires the presence of the
Planning Board , the next meeting will be Tuesday , March 20 , 1984 .
R . Gleason made the Motion the meeting be adjourned ;
i . Raymond seconded the motion . Votes All in favor . Motion carried .

G . Totman , Chairman , opened the Public Hearing by reading the
attached Legal Notice ; Public Hearing for the purpose of considering
application for development of a ' subdivision at Lick Street , South of
Elm Street , Groton , N . Y . submitted by Roger Gleason .
G . Totman : Last May Roger , Gleason sold a piece of land to Mr . Duffy ;
Mr . Duffy wants more land . He proposes to buy 2 . 68 more
from R . Gleason . The parcel is adjacent to the . land approved
in May , 1983 subdivision . At the Planning Board meeting
we went over these and declared it a Minor Subdivision and
called the Public Hearing for tonight .
Mr . Fitzpatrick and Mr . Mestler
examined the Tax Map ,
G . Totmans If there are no questions either pro or con on this issue
we will close the Public Hearing .
Hearing Closed .
M . Pasts I make the notion we approve the proposed Subdivision
as .stated and shown on the Tax Map . C . Twigg seconded the
Motion .
Vote : All in favor . Motion carried
I , MARGARET A . . PALMER , DO CERTIFY , that in the matter of the proposed
Minor Subdivision submitted by Roger Gleason on January 31 , 1984 did
take the minutes of the Public Hearing and the foregoing is a true and
exact copy of such Hearing , to the best of my ability .
