SECTION 1. That the relevant provisions of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of
New York be used to amend the Land Use and Development Code and Zoning Map
of the Town of Groton in lieu of the relevant provisions of the Town Law of
the State of New York, namely Sections 264 and 265.
SECTION 2. This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon filing in the Office of
the Secretary of State in accordance with section twenty-seven of the
Municipal Home Rule Law.
