Supervisor Robinson asked Attorney to review aerforimance bonds for Cable T-V
F2anchise . American Community Cablevision has changed bonding insurance
companies , Information received from Chubb Group of Insurance Coiarparrles
indicates they are replacing Seabord Surety Company on all existing bonds to
be effective 10/ 8 . They indicate we have 'two F'uanohise Bonds in the sLun
of $ 1000 each . Town Clem€ will check to see why there are two bond numbers ,
There being no #i.rrther business , Supervisor Robinson moved to adjourn meeting

budget since kugust . It has been one year since flood . County has 105 bridges
they are responsible for . Seven aar eight were [destroyed which County is work-Ing
or; . County has been paving roads in the, Town of Groton . Paving is done in
Peruville . Mr , Shurtliff will try to gel. Fair share for Groton ,
