def i n i OL. i on . When I first read this:•, I was a little disturbed
as to why we need such a lot as a -flag lot. and thinking
about it. I -think there is a great potentiryl. for abe.cae With
this type of construction . The potential for abuse I see its
the fact. tht Planning lcoar• d is abdicating their- right to
examine this piece of property and when the Board abdicates
tits- right then I think they are abdicating the rights of the
citizens whc3m they have the responsibility to repre4 ent , I •f
you ,are consi der :i ng going ahead with this; type of thing and
i ncol .cde it in the ordinance -then there i. s no opportunity for
ac•3ycane to look at the devc-_ 1, opment of land ; and I am assuming
this is trying to repair a problem or to .hoot• for �a problem
that is establ i shed and that is there is a lot of road
frontage that is hiding property behind it . Developers can
now develop land in back. of lots rather than going through
tahe official procedUIP' e of getting a subdivision or malting �:a
minor subdivision and any bind of development oaf roads , So
I see a great potential for abuse? here •• If you ar' e going to
continue I would suggest that the Board include something in
this that allows the right oaf they Board to examine this

,then for the next proposed change you are saying 20 feet is
