L . Sovocool - Town Councilman
F . Carey - Town Councilman
D . VanBenschoten an Town Councilman
J . Bell - Recording Clerk .
5 Members of the General Public .
T . Robinson called the hearing to order
at 8 P . M . and requested the Town Clerk
to read the Notice of Public Hearing aloud .
C . Pierson read the notice aloud and the
purpose of the hearing is for considering
amendments , corrections and deletions to
the Town of Groton ' s Land Subdivision Re -
gulations . This was published in the Journal
and Courier on April 23 , 1980 .
A copy of the notice is on file in the Town
Clerk ' s office .
T . Robinson : Would anyone like to be heard on this ? Any comments ?
Any comments from the members of the Board ? if not
I guess we close the hearing .
D . VanBenschoten made a motion that the hearing be closed which was seconded by
F . Carey and the motion carried .
The hearing was closed at 8 : 05 P . M .
