Boundary Line Change
Chairman Baxendell recognized Bob Walpole, local realtor, representing the applicants who were
purchasing a portion of the Sheldon Carrington Estate's adjoining property. Mr. Walpole explained
that the Estate is still in the process of accumulating the necessary papers in order to file a Probate
Petition, so it would be some time before this was settled. Subdividing the land was one step in this
settlement. A survey map prepared by a Licensed Land Surveyor did not accompany the application.

Chairman Baxendell recognized Bob Walpole, local realtor, representing the applicant who was seeking
approval of a Preliminary Site Plan to process and sell firewood at this location (dba Fenner's
Firewood). The application was accompanied by an annotated portion of the tax map, roughly showing
what was being proposed (driveway off Lick Street, sign, processor on wheels, and a proposed
building/Amish type), but nothing to scale. The logs would be delivered to the site by Pierce Logging.
Mr. Fenner will purchase this property (zoned Rural Agricultural) pending Site Plan approval by this
