GROTON TOWN PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING
Held at the Town Hall , Groton ,
New York , December 2 , 1975 .

At 8 * 05 P . M . Mr . Fink called the public hearing to order and read the Notice
of Public Hearing for a proposed major subdivision for Robert Wright aloud
as published in the Journal and Courier on November 22 , 1975 ( a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part of these minutes . )
Mr . Fink asked if there were any questions and there being none he adjourned
the hearing at 8 * 20 P .M . and thanked Mr . Wright for appearing .
Mr . Wright advised Mr . Fink that he will get a copy of the map with the
Health Department ' s approval and engineer ' s seal on it to Mr . Fink shortly
as he was unable to obtain it in time for the hearing .
Mr . Fink postponed the regular meeting of the Planning Board until December
9 , 1975 .

H . Fink reconvened the meeting and a roll call vote on the R . Wright pro -
posed subdivision was taken of all present . The vote was as follows :
H . Fink - Aye
F . . Wilson - Aye
D , Payne - Aye
G . Totman - Aye .
The subdivision was unanimously approved .
