Supervisor Robinson requested that her Memo written to Town Board Members and dated June 13, 1994, regarding Smoking Policy be entered into the minutes. Its contents are as follows: "The majority of public buildings totally ban smoking. I am requesting the Town Hall become a smoke free building. Due to the inadequate ventilation, any smoking in the building, travels throughout the building. I propose a smoke free environment for the health and welfare of all employees." Supervisor, Town Board Members and Town Clerk discussed the above policy. Any smoking in the building is done in areas already designated as smoking areas by the Town Board.
