Grace Hedlund and her daughter attended the ,neeting to ;inform the Board of
tho contaminated water at her - cesidencef 928 Peru Road. Grace and daughter
have a high level of solvents in the blood. They claim that the County 's
gasoline tanks leaked into the ground. She has contacted the newtii media
regarding the problem.
John Pachai, owner of 70 acres,, would like the TbWri to consider annexing Mack
St. and Cedar Lane to the Village for a development of aPproxiinately 12 lots.
GafY Wood informed the Board that renovation of the building will be completed

to a 5 year Term on the Planning Board expiring March 1994 to fill a vacancy created
by the resignation of William Casolara.

Thayers Key Service has submitted an estimate for securing renovated and new
addition to Town Hall. Estimate is $3331.90. A $2000 deposit was required
to place order for material so that Thayer would be ready when sconstruction
is completed. Board members contacted verbally approved placement of order.
