T. Robinson; I personally haven't see it. The RV has been existing for
nine years and they asked to update RV. The new RV was too
large to fit under building. Variance was granted for a
replacement RV to be used as a temporary residence, two to
three months per year, for Mr. McMullins Grandparents and
the unit is to be removed from lot when no longer used by
the Grandparents.

mngs: It was my understanding that it was going where the otherone
was.
C. Haynes: Our condition number 4 states that no substantial change in
character of the neighborhood or adjoining property will occur.
J. Fitzgerald: It was misrepresented to us. It was my understanding that
® it would be there two to three months a year.
T. Robinson: Grandparents would only be there two or three months. RV
remains there all year. We will have our Zoning Officer
check it out. No one in the area objected to it according
to Mr. McMullin.
C. Foxe We didn't know what steps he was taking. Neighbors weren't
informed.
J. Fitzgerald: According to the Mobile Home Ordinance, we are not required
to hold a public hearing.
T. Robinson: If they misrepresented information to us, we will have to
handle accordingly.
L. Converse: They are hooked into septic, well, have their own power
with meter and telephone.
C. Fox: There was a trailer there ;many years ago -- 25 - 30 years ago.
