PRESENT: Ann Chaffee, Henry Hansteen, Rich Teeter, Dan Walker
OTHERS PRESENT: Joe Dawson, Alan Teeter
ABSENT EXCUSED: Steve Givin
Dan Walker called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Dan Walker made a motion and seconded by Rich Teeter to approve the minutes for the May 2, 2018
meeting. Motion passed unanimously.
Alan Teeter, Code Enforcer, reported that Linsey Garner, who was originally applying for a 2 lot
subdivision on Hayts Road, changed her mind and will not be applying for the subdivision.
Dan Walker reported the Energy Committee submitted a Solar Law to the Town Board. The Town
Board will review the law and suggest additions and changes.
Dan Walker reported The Town Board approved the extension on the Delaware River Solar permit.
Delaware River Solar stated to the Town Board they would be willing to enter into a Host Community
Agreement. They felt that an Agreement similar to the one negotiated with Newfield would be
reasonable. Delaware River will provide draft documents of both a Decommissioning Agreement and
a Host Community Agreement for the Town Board to review.
It was decided to discuss the Subdivision Regulations at the next meeting.
The July 4th meeting will be canceled because of the holiday.
Meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
