Supervisor Redmond moved and Councilperson Millspaugh seconded. Discussion: Councilperson Lynch asked if
we (the Town) are required to disclose who has made this donation? Supervisor Redmond had spoken to Town
Legal Counsel and we are not required to state who has given the funds. Councilperson Lynch was also
concerned that these funds may obligate the town to use additional Town funds going forward. Clerk Cornell
clarified that this resolution is to accept the donation of restricted funds.
