Regular meeting called to order by Pres. Diane
Bailey at 7110 Salute to the flag was followed by prayer
from our chaplin, Fern Ferris. Roll was called. with 13
members present and one quest. Secretary absent because
of illness, Dec. Report not given. Treasurers report
was read with final balance of $361.48
Fern Ferris reported. Airport Tour Visit given by Mr.
Miller will be January 28th.
Bills and Accounts: 10.94 food bill for baby sitting
service. Received 20.00 back for the 50.00 given to
Teresa Manheim for Christman Party Supplies. Totaled
$7.00 from baby sitting service, paid Post Office for
17.55 and 4.36 for calendar mailings.
Apps. for New Members: Received and voted in Pam Whittaker
as new member.
Old Business: About 35 calendars left that haven't been
paid for, deviding up list to call.

New Business: Annabelle will call Lena Everhart to send
for new price list for parring knives. Dark horse won
by Elena Bubbell Annabelle Seamon will be Febuary
hostess, meeting adjourned..

The regular �.,eeting was called to order by President,
to Diane Bailey at 7:16 The salute to the flag was -followed
bya prayer from our Chaplin, Fern Ferris. Roll was
called with 9 members present. The minutes were read
and approved. Treasurer not -resert to -rive --eoort.
Dele. Re-.)rjrt: Fern reported that 25 prese-,,-t at the
Feb. 25th. -,Tieetir,--- in Groton. Exchange studert from
S,jeden also rresent. March 25th. is date for next .-eetirg
in Virgil at the fireball. 11.00 booster ad money was
collected last .oath from Enfield. Bake Sale at South
Cortland 'vlall was a success, --ade about 20.00. :-'-e m b e r s
who were unable to bake, gave 5.00 each, collected 755-40
dollars.

Luncheon again on April 25th. Lena will write up ruff
draft to -oresent at the April -neeting, copies till then
be made to be sent to Teybers.
New Business: Diane would like us all to give some
thou--ht and present some ideas on our October Meeting
that we host. Also new Ideas for community festival
and carnaval. Diane sug-restued sponsering Tupperwas
Party deQonstrtion, people could turn In quanteed

present decided against idea because of money exchs-r4ge
and pick-up of tuDperware.

Should also plan ahead for carnival or festival having
a craft booth, hand made items, quilts and afaans that
we could sell raffle tickets for. If we decide on quilt,
either interested members could get together at the
f irehall to make one ourselves or have someone else make
it for us. Fern will ask Debbie (daughter) if she would
be interested, Deanse Sim-.ons will ask her grandmother
Hubbell, Lena E. will check with mother-in-law A. Everhart,
and Diane will ask her mom and also check with mina Linton.
April 17th and lath id date set for Pus `dour to the
�Iiremens Home in Hudson, New York. Pam 4hittaker has
been ill, Elena Hubbell will send card. Sunday ;,-March 'nth
is date for Jamboree at the firehall 1pm-on Good Old
Boys and Wild Country bands will be playing.
Dark horse was won by Fern Terris, our hostess for
April meeting will be Deanse Simmons. -_eeting was
adjourned at 8:06
