Meeting was called to order at 7:05 by outgoing President Diane Bailey.
A Salute to the Flag was followed by a prayer from Chaplin Fern Ferris.
We had installation of newcofficers; Annabelle Seaman; President
Linda Stilwell; vice-president, 1%ancy Lanning; treasure„ Pam
Whittaker; secretary, Denise Simmons,
and Fern Ferris, Chaplin.
The rest of the meeting was presided over by New President Annabelle
Seamon.
Roll was called with it) members present.
-Minutes were read and approved.
Treasures report; $1069.67 Previous balance
533.62 Credits
54.65 for refreshmente,postage and banquet.

Deleggate Reports; County meeting held at Enfield - 17 present -
We will host county meeting again in March of 1983.
County banguet will be on December 2 at the Box Car Restraunt this
will be a Christmas party and Installation. Bring present.

Communications: Letter read from Turback's in regards to tip. U was
a motion made that a letter be written by the Secretary and sent
telling them no money would be coming.

Smithors donated syrup - and Annabelle got the cups.,$10.75 was
given to community from -coffee snowcones - Play school to be

mailings of calenders. Discussion.of advartijers paying last
years bills and this years ads - 1984 convention will be hold at
Sheriden Inn - Firemen want new coffee pot - Restraunt type $250-300
