Enfield Ladies Auxiliary
July 7th 1900 Meeting
The regular meeting of the Enfield Ladies Aux.
was callea to order by Vice President, Emily Warren, at
7:13 Tqe salute to .ue Liag was followed by a prayer
,from Emily. Roll was called with 7 members present.
.The minutes were read and approved. The treasure wasIt
present to give report.

Old Business: Nan Laming reported on Income from our
cake wheal was 300.00 on Friday, 146-50 on Saturday and
23-00 total donations.
Now Business: it;miI7 Warren reported that 66.50 was
collected at uaruivj for Birthday Calendars, 49 People
had signed up, which included some new I'amilios.
At this point of our meeting Emily passed out route
cards and work sheets to members present.
Mary S-oqrdaro motioned that duplicate set of route cards
be made with complete information and phone numbers,
Nan Leming secnnded the motion, it was carried.
On July 27th. the Soaring Club will be having another
Breckfsst, Emily asked that all who can volunteer their
time to help serve and clean-u-n are needed. Following
our Aug. 4th. meeting, we are plann{_ng to have a baby
shower for Linda Hubbell. Lena Everhart will call Linda
to let her know our plans. Emily asked lens ".o sea-i"
post cards notes to members not present, telling about
the shower. Lena volunteered to make cake for the
occasion. Dark Horse was won by Janice Palmer, hostess
for next meeting is Lena Everhart. Meeting was adjoured

door-to-door and not All the territory's being covered.

New Business: Nan L-inning cave brief renor4- on Central
Convention, informin,q us that no voting took place, no
legislation. Annabelle asked members to Q*et their
calendar routes cards and work sheets after meeting is
adjourned. All routes are to be corlole-17ed by Sent. 1st.
Sarah Switzer volunteered to help Diane Bailey with
phone calls '-Q 'd customers on c-lendqr. Nary Srqdqro
nresented a kO.00 donation from customer in her
territory. Diane Informed members present that her qnd

3 Or 4 members have been marching this year. Unless more
-irls march next year as Auxiliary Unit, , possibly should
consider Rett-*Lna uniforms matching firemen ts and march
with men. Annabelle tabled discussion until next .year.
Della Synder had survur-.v last week, Rosle Brainard was
asked to send Della card to let her know were 4-hinkiniz of
her. Diane volunteered to c,911 res-turan*s for our Election
of Officers Banouet. Dark hnrse was won by Diane B.,
hostess for Sent. meeting will be Mary Snirdnro. Meeting
adjourned at 8:17, followed by q baby shower for Linda
