The installing of the new officers ceremony preseated the regular
meeting. The president then asked Rosie Brainard if she would be our
sunshine -girl, Rosie agreed.
The regular meeting of the Enfield Ladies Aux. was called to
r
order by Pres. Annabelle Seamon, at 7:38. The salute to the flag was
followed by a prayer from -our chaplin, Fern Ferris. Roll was
called with 9 members present. The minutes were read and approved.

Fhe treasurer's report was read and approved with a balance of $17;0.5.554
)eleqate's Report; Fern Ferris reported that the County Meeting that
we hosted in October didn't have enough members present to vote for
i)fficers. The meeting was to be post-poned to November. The girls
enjoyed playing the bingo games and the refreshments were very good.
;?ern also reported that the band that played at "Fun-Nitell was very
good, but the number of people that came was small.

Hills and Accounts: Annabelle reported that we received two checks
.$15.00 and $10.00) from the Trumansburg Fire Co. for placing at the
-'air. Received a bill from Elmily Warren for $10.55 for sandwiches she
made for Fun -Hite. Her purchase included the following:
2 large loafs of bread
gt. jar mayonnaise
doz. eggs
2 large cans of tuna -fish
:L qt. jar of pickles
�pp. for New Members: Application for Judy Holley was proposed by
Miane Bailey. Members motioned and approved to accept Judy as a new
ember.
Old Business: Annabelle asked the notices pasted out in October on
he T.C. Firemen's Annual Installation Dinner be filled out and
is leturned to her by November 29th.
!New Business: Diane Bailey asked about having baby shower for
!Doreen Lauper. Members present decided that we wait until January
I after the baby is born. We will go over details at Dec. meeting.
'Emily Warren gave report on leaf -lets she brought for members to see.

Our November Dance will be on the 24th. Lena Everhart will make
osters to advertise and will also make cakes to raffle.
IThe dark horse was won by Fern Ferris. Annabelle will be our
hostess for December meeting. The meeting was adjoured at 8:21.

'fit 8:58 after meeting adjourned, nuest speaker from
Z.O.C. Caroline Bingham, gave us information on "Out -
Reach Program" for family ememenies. She Is in need
and looking for q place to be used as an "Out -Post" to
serve as storage for food and clothing and also a
meeting place. She would also like names of Deonle
Interested in being a out -reach transpotqtion provider.
For those who go th town during the week can help the
elderly and others in need one day q week by taking them
is with you shopping, doctors apvolntments, etc. would help.
Caroline would also cporeciq+-,a names of people Interested
in child care In Enfield Community, to give her a call.

She gave us her ideas on starting a Youth Provram in the
community. Caroline had asked about A- first-qid course,
if one was offered. Diane Bailey gave her Information on
the CPR and Basic First -Aid courses available here at the
fireball. Diane also brought to Mrs. Binqhqmts attention
isthe cards that we attached on Community Birthday Calendars.
