Regulations regarding our offices and election procedures
were read by the president, after which the Election of
Officers was held. The nominations were:
President: Kathy Carlisle & windy Shea
Vice Pres: Shirley HLubbell & Velma Inman
Secretary: Sandy Vyskocll & Ann Hubbell
Treasurer: Mary YcClellen
Conductress: Kathy Carlisle, Linda Carlisle, & ?inn Hubbell
The new officers elected were:
President: Cindy Shea
Vice Pres; Shirley Hubbell
Secretary*. Sandy Vyskocil
Treasurer: Mary McClellen
Conductress: Kathy Carlisle
The new officers and present officers will meet together on
Thursday night, Sept. 14th, at Sandy Vyskocills house to plan
an induction ceremony for the Banquet, and also to draw up a
letter to send to inactive -members to try to c,,,et more activity
end weed out the non -workers.
Amendments were proposed to change our By -Laws as follows:
Present: Terms of Office: No officer shall be allowed to
he same office for more than

two years.
Proposed; Terms of Office: No officer shall be allowed to
succeed herself for the same office for more than
t-eo years, except .for the office of Treasurer, ��;hich
shall be a 4 year term.
Present: MEETINGS: A regular meeting of this Auxiliary shall
be held on the first Tuesday of each month. The hour
of -,meeting shall be eight o'clock. The Constitutions:.
By -Laws and Rules of this Auxiliary Trust be read at
the February and September meetings.
Proposed: MEETINGS: A regular meeting of this Auxiliary shall
be held on the first MondU of each month. The hour
of meeting shall be eight o'clock. The Constitution,
Ey-Laws and Rules of this Auxiliary must be read at
the February and September meetings.
These changes will be voted on at the November meeting.
Votification of this voting will be included in the newspaper
announcement of the November meeting.
Refreshments for the Square Dance on October 21st will be
prepared by the auxiliary at 1:00 P`Vl that Saturday at the
firehouse. Egg salad for sandwiches will be donated by Ann
Hubbell and Annabelle Tunison. vye will also have ham and
cheese sandwiches. Each active member is expected to bring a
cake to the square dance and we will told a Cake :wheel sale
�o raise money.
