Special Town Board Meeting
Monday, December 20, 2021, at 2:00 p.m.
Virtually via Zoom Meeting Portal
Present: Town Supervisor Stephanie Redmond, Town Councilperson Virginia Bryant, Town Councilperson Robert Lynch,
Town Highway Superintendent Buddy Rollins and Town Clerk Mary Cornell.
Excused: Councilperson Ricks, Councilperson Lemke.
Call to order: Supervisor Redmond called the meeting to order at 2 pm.

Consent Agenda:
Supervisor Redmond moved and Councilperson Lynch seconded.
Highway fund voucher #211 in the amount of $9.901.11.
All Aye, carried.
Announcements: Highway Superintendent Rollins thanked the Town B oard for giving the whole Highway Crew a bonus.
The highway crew very much appreciated it. This purchase was last minute as it just came up at auction and will save the
town thousands. The Town Barns is currently without heat and Superintendent Rollins is working with Hubbard’s to get
it fixed. He is used heaters from the Town Hall and The Food Pantry.
Councilperson Lynch motioned to adjourn. Adjourned 2:05 pm.
