According to the police report,
Robinson and Iardesty, with two
women, held a party In their rooms
on the second floor of the Wonder
Bar Restnurant during the early
part of the evening. They then
went to the barroom when an argu-
ment began, during which one of
the women Is said to have alnpped
Robinson, And he struck her In re-
turn.
Further information obtained by
the police was that Iardesty than
struck Robinson who collapsed and
was remolmed to his room, where
an effort was made to revive him.
The first knowledge the pollee
had of the Incident was a call re -I
celved shortly before 11 p. m. from
Frank Leonardo, proprietor of the
restaurant, who requested that a
physician be sent to his place,
Copt. John McCarthy located one,
and also detailed Patrolman• Don-
ald Wallenbeck to Investigate.
Wltnesses Questioned
The victim was found in his
room and pronounced dead by the
physician. Patrolman Wallenbeck,
with Patrolman Howard Ingram,
brought Hardesty and several wit-'
nesses to police headquarters whore
they were questioned by Coroner

Robinson is survived by two sons,
Edward and Jaynes; two brothers,
Walter and James, all of Ithaca; a
sister, Mrs, Hilton Rollins of Lud- I
lowVllle and four aunts and sev-
eral cousins.
Funeral services will be held at
the VanOrder Funeral Home, 5U
W. Seneca St„ at 2 p, m. Tuesday.
The Rev. Joseph Stowell, pastor of
the Tabernacle Baptist Church,
will offlclate. Interment will be in
Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
