CORPORATION LAW
FIRST: The name of the proposed Corporation is
Er1 ield Community Council, Inc.

lSECOND: The Corporation is not organized for
p iniary profit or financial gain, and no part of its net
e pings shall inure to the benefit of any member, director
o individual except as permitted under Article v of the
Ni,-For-Profit Corporation Law.
THIRD: The purposes for which the Corporation is
fc ued are as follows:
A. To organize, operate and maintain youth programs
of ring instruction, athletic, social and cultural, learning
op �rtunities, and supervised activities, recreation and
en �rtainment'for children and youth of the Enfield, New York
co {unity; and to involve parents and other residents -of the
En=:eld, New York community in the programs and objectiv%
of :he youth programs.
B. To promote, operate and maintain civic, social,
re. eational, educational and cultural programs, classes,
