Site Plan Review Law
He made the changes that were reported in the minutes and he has the solar addendum which he has not yet sent out
to planning board members. There was a small discussion on the 239 review and it can be found on the county website if
board members would like to review it. This project isn’t within 500’ of a County road, which did not trigger an automatfc
review. Dan will meet with the county and sign any forms as needed.
Dan asked if there are any projects forthcoming that Alan is aware of. Alan said no. R. Teeter asked if the old Kumas
building has sold yet. It is stfll for sale at this tfme as far as Alan knows.
Adjournment: R. Teeter moved and H. Hansteen seconded to adjourn, adjourned at 7:33 PM.
