ENFIELD DIRT DIGGERS COWBELL FARM
The undersigned, who is about to participate in practice, or qualify for,
any and all events promoted by the above named organization, in signing this
agreement, elects to do so at his own risk being fully aware of the dangers
involvaa and thereby does relinquish, release, discharge, and agree to hold
harmless the above organization together with its owners, officers, representa-
tives, agents, and employees of any claims, demands, loss, and possible cause
of action that may otherwise occur from loss, damage, or injury (including
death) to his own person or property while participating or practicing in
events scheduled by the above organization during the entire year of 1976.
The undersigned, further more, waives the rights of his heirs, relatives,
agents, and friends from any claims against the above organization or any con-
nected with these events, races, or activities and releases them from any
attorneys' fees, court costs or other costs caused by any suit for injury or
damages brought by the undersigned or his agents.
