Present: Chairman Dan Walker; Planning Board Member’s, Henry Hansteen, Ann Chaffee, Rich Teeter, and Michael
Carpenter; Planning Board Alternate Greg Hutnik; Code Officer Alan Teeter; Town Clerk Mary Cornell
Call to Order: Chairman Walker called the meetfng to order at 7:00 PM
Minutes: R. Teeter motfoned and H. Hansteen seconded to approve the December 6, 2023 minutes.
Vote: Walker, Aye; Chaffee, Aye; Teeter, Aye; Carpenter, Aye; Hansteen, Aye; Carried.
Review Applications for Planning Board Alternate: No applicatfons have been received.
Discussion of Site Plan Review Law to address land use concerns in the Town of Enfield.
Dan shared a descriptfon of ADU’s that he had found. Greg shared that he had sent a more descriptfve definitfon to Dan
via email today and shared a brief overview of the descriptfons that he had found. Discussion followed. Carpenter would
like the planning board to allow for two houses and an ADU on a property. Extensive discussion of acreage disturbance
and regulatfons were discussed. Dan asked board members to look at the process and if there are any questfons they
can be discussed at the next meetfng. Dan asked members to get word out that there is stfll need for an alternate board
member.
Adjournment: Hansteen motfoned to adjourn, adjourned at 8:45 PM.
