1. Call to order by Trustee, or if Trustee is not present by the clerk or
legal voter.

4. Collector's report, should be read, accepted by a vote of the district

6. Two qualified electors shall be elected by vote or appointed by the chair.

The vote to raise money and the vote for election of officers must be by.

7. Estimates of next year ar budget, read by trustee, voted upon and placed
in hands of clerk for recording.
B. Resolution - That the trustee be authorized to provide transportation for
the pupils and raise the necessary sums needed for that purpose.
9. Election of trustee, collector and clerk.
No person can hold office whc cannot read and write. No person shall
hold more than one schocl office at a time.
Clerk The Clerk elected last year acts as clerk of the school meeting.
The clerk should make record of all motions, number of votes cult, and
the poll list for the vote -in election of officers nad the raising of
money. Reports of the trustee and collector should be recorded by the
clerk of the meeting and given to the newly -elected clerk, who takes
office July 1.
Qualifications of Voters at District Meetins
A person shall be entitled to vote at any school
election of school district officers, and upon all
which may be brought before such meeting, who is;
1. A citizen of the United States
2. Twenty-one years of age
meeting for the
other matters
3. A resident within the district for a period of 30 days next
preceding the meeting at which he offers to vote; and who in addition
thereto possesses one of the following three qualifications:
a. Owns, leases, hires, or is in the possession under contract of
purchase of, real property in such district liable to taxation for
school purposes, but the occupation of real property by a person
as lodger or boarder shall not entitle such person to vote, Or
b. Is the parent of a child of
shall have attended the district
the meeting is held for a period
preceding such meeting, Or
school age, provided such child
school in the district in which
of eight weeks during the year
c. Not being the parent, has permanently residing with him a child
of school age who shall have attended the district school for a period
of at least 8 weeks during the preceding such meeting.
No person shall be deemed to be ineligible to vote at any such
meeting, by reason of sex, who has the other qualifications required
by this section.
Being the parent of a child in high school also entitles a person
to vote provided he possesses the other necessary qualifications.

of Newfield, Enfield, county of Tompkins, bearing the date of October 1,
1945, which is hereto annexed, and pursuant to the authority conferred
upon the undersigned as district superintendent of the ist and solo
supervisory districts of Tompkins, Ch—ng, Scheylar counties, under
the provisions of section 123 of the Sducatioa saw, it is hereby
ORDIAM. that the boundaries of the adareseid districts be and
they are hereby altered by transferring the following doscribed property
from district no. 7, tom of Enfield, County of Tompkins, to district
no. 1. Toga of Newfield, county of Tompkins
