The water supply of the city was
reported today as completely satis-
factory despite the flood.
No particular damage was re-
ported. The water was stated to
be sanitary and wholesome. A
New York State health inspector
happened to be in the city, and
after careful checking with local
officials, he reported everything
satisfactory. Only four of the six
city filters are working now and
they are doing a good job.
