Resolution # 29 - 2021 Acceptance of Audits
WHEREAS, the Enfield Town Board held a Special Meeting on January 19, 2021, and
WHEREAS, the Town Justice Betty Poole, Town Clerk Ellen Woods, Town Bookkeeper Brian Mcilroy,
and Town Supervisor Stephanie Redmond came before the Town Board for an annual audit of their
records,
WHEREAS, all three were inspected and commented on at this meeting, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the 2020 books of the Enfield Town Justice, the Enfield Chief Fiscal Officer and the
Enfield Town Clerk be accepted as true and correct and their annual reports are attached and
made a part of these minutes.

Resolution # 30 - 2021 Hiring and Purchasing Freeze
WHEREAS, the Enfield Town Board determined at the town board meeting on April 15, 2020 that the Town
of Enfield was in need of a temporary hiring and purchasing freeze due to uncertainty regarding funding
from New York State, and
WHEREAS, the town will incur expenditures in the coming year, and
WHEREAS, town funds will be replenished through incoming property taxes, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Enfield Town Board lifts the hiring and purchasing freeze that had been
implemented.
