Correspondence: Councilperson Michael Miles (letter of resignation) Dennis Hubble Courtney Bailey Diane Armine Resolution # 1-2021 Supervisor Appointment “Whereas the Town Supervisor position is currently vacant be it resolved Acting Town Supervisor Stephanie Redmond be appointed as interim Town Supervisor fulfilling the occupancy of the position as Town Supervisor for the Town of Enfield, NY until completion of the term December 31, 2021.” Councilperson Virginia Bryant moved to resolve the appointment of Deputy Town Supervisor Stephanie Redmond to Town Supervisor. 2nd Councilperson James Ricks Discussion: Councilperson Robert Lynch, Councilperson James Ricks, Councilperson Virginia Bryant, Town Clerk Ellen Woods, Acting Supervisor Stephanie Redmond Vote: Councilperson Robert Lynch AYE, Councilperson Virginia Bryant AYE, Councilperson James Ricks AYE All AYE Resolution # 1-2021 carried Councilperson Robert Lynch resolved the appointment of former Enfield Town Board Member Ann Rider to the position of Councilperson to fill the vacant seat. 2nd James Ricks Vote: Councilperson Virginia Bryant NAY, Councilperson Robert Lynch AYE, Councilperson James Ricks AYE Resolution denied Councilperson Robert Lynch moved to adjourn 2nd Supervisor Stephanie Redmond Adjournment: 8:42 PM
