Dan Walker made the motion to accept the SEQR subdivision application date March 10, 2015, submitted by Jennifer Persoon on behalf of Elaine Howard Ecklund (POA for Betty Howard) as a minor subdivision of two parcels, dividing them into 4 parcels each: Tax Parcels 6.-2-6 of 25 acres and 6.-2-5.7 of 113.27 acres. These two parcels showed no significant changes to the land within the subdivisions. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously. Dan Walker signed the application on behalf of the Planning Board. Sue Thompson will submit the signed and completed application to Alan Teeter, Code Enforcer. Dan Walker said he received a request from the Newfield Planning Board to attend a Round-Table meeting on April 22 regarding land usage regulations in local Tompkins County towns. They sent a survey of questions asking about regulations in the Town of Enfield. There was discussion regarding land usage in the town. Dan Walker stated he would be attending the meeting. It was suggested that Dan Walker report back to Newfield in a “short word” that too much regulation is not good and they need to protect the environment and nature of the town. Calvin Rothermich made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Steve Givin seconded the motion.
