STAFF: Sue Thompson/Planning Board Recording Secretary, Alan Teeter/Code Enforcement Dan Walker called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Calvin Rothermich made a motion to accept the minutes May 7, 2014 meeting. Poney Carpenter seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. June 4, 2014 minutes were not available to the committee and will be voted on at the next meeting. There was discussion regarding the fee schedule for subdivision applications and site plan review applications. Dan Walker made a motion for, “Enfield Subdivision Regulations - Section 221 Minor Subdivision: Application and Fee and Section 231 Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat; Application and Fee. All applications for Plat approval shall be accompanied by a fee set forth by the Enfield Town Board and amended from time to time by like resolution.” Planning Board recommends to the Enfield Town Board the fee be set as $50.00 for both Minor and Major subdivisions.” Poney Carpenter seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. Dan Walker made a motion for, “Site Plan Review Law, Section 5.2 – Filing Fees and Developer’s - An application for Site Plan review and approval shall be accompanied by a non -refundable fee* as periodically set or amended from time to time by resolution of the Town Boa rd.” Planning Board recommends to the Enfield Town Board the fee be set as $50.00 for Filing Fees and Developer’s. Poney Carpenter seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. There was discussion on subdivision regulations. There was concern about how often a subdivision can occur on property. It was discussed that too many subdivisions occurring on a property has not occurred in the Town. Subdivisions are covered in the subdivision regulations of the town: 103.1 Subdivision: division of a lot or lots into two or more and 103.2 Minor Subdivision: subdivision of land resulting in two to four new lots. Calvin Rothermich inquired if Alan Teeter investigated the trailers on the Fish and Rothermich roads. Alan Teeter reported he is still working tryin g to work with the owner of the trailers. Dan Walker reported that the Comprehensive Plan Committee would be meeting again on July 8. Poney Carpenter made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Henry Hansteen seconded the motion.
