PRESENT: Virginia Bryant, Ann Chaffee, Stephen Givin Calvin Rothermich, Marie Vandemark

Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m.
Virginia Bryant stated that the meeting tonight was a special meeting to choose a new member
of the Planning Board. The three applicants are Dawn George, Art Godin and Beth McGee.
Each of the applicants introduced themselves and spoke on why they wanted to become a
member of the Enfield Planning Board.
Each applicant was asked about their feelings on any possible zoning in the town. Overall they
all felt that zoning was not needed in the town.
Virginia Bryant asked the audience for any comments regarding any of the applicants. T here
were no comments made.
Ballots were handed out to the Planning Board for voting on each applicant. Dawn George will
be recommended to the Town Board to become the new member of the Planning Board.
Calvin Rothermich made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Ann Chaffee seconded the motion.
Meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
