LANSING— A guilty conscience helped a team
of investigators crack the case in the hit-and-run
death of Enfield bicyclist Gregory Kirchgessner.
Authorities on Thursday identified Daniel Lee
Ellithorpe, of
Helios Court, off the the
Syracuse suburb of Clay,
as the motorist accused
of fatally hitting
Kirchgessner as he bicy-
