3.) Prior to finalization of the Draft Site Plan Review Law, J. McConkey stated that
the Application Form needs some work. Using Dryden's application form as an example,
we need to simplify for Enfield to ensure ease in understanding of the process.
Discussion was held about specifics of the simplification. V. Bryant will take into
account all comments and will rewrite. A check box needs to be added to the building
permit if a review by planning board is necessary. Also the fee structure needs to be
adjusted.
Applications for Site Plan review can be acquired from the Enfield Code Enforcement
Officer or the Enfield Town Clerk's office.
V. Bryant will make all changes discussed and send to everyone for the their review and
input. After comments are received Bryant will send on to Roy Barriere.
Motion to adjourn by A. Chaffee. M. Carpenter seconded. Meeting concluded at 8:00
p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Terry Beckley
