Planning Board Meeting
October 6, 2010
PRESENT: Virginia Bryant, Mike Carpenter, Ann Chaffee, Stephen Givin, Jim McConkey,

Meeting called to order at 7:16 p.m.
Minutes from the last meeting, July 7, 2010, were approved.
Old Business
Draft Site Plan Review Application Form (as cited in Article III of the Draft of the Enfield Site
Plan Review Law.)
V. Bryant reviewed other site plan review applications with particular interest in the Town of
Dryden and Town of Ithaca. Consensus was reached to use the Town of Dryden's application
form as a template for the Town Enfield. Copies of Dryden's application form were distributed
to the committee members. A page by page review was conducted.
V. Bryant will incorporate all the changes discussed. All references to zoning will be deleted.
Fees will be adjusted accordingly for Enfield. When all changes are incorporated, pagination
will be corrected.
V. Bryant asked each committee member to review the working model of the application form
and make/suggest any changes before the next meeting. J. McConkey has been tasked with
rewriting #23 to reflect DEC recommendations.
New Business
J. McConkey has stepped down as co-chair of the Enfield Planning Board due to personal
reasons. He has graciously agreed to remain a member of the board. V. Bryant has requested
someone to step forward as co-chair.
Motion made and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 8:25 p.m.
