Planning Board Meeting
July 7, 2010
PRESENT: Virginia Bryant, Mike Carpenter, Stephen Givin, Jim McConkey, Keith Smith
EXCUSED: Ann Chaffee, Calvin Rothermich
STAFF: Terry Beckley/Planning Board Recording Secretary
Meeting called to order in the Town Clerk’s office at 7:10 p.m.
Old Business
Site Plan Review Law: V. Bryant distributed a Draft of the Site Plan Review Law. A page by
page and item by item review was conducted with minor edits being noted. A Final Draft will
be prepared by V. Bryant incorporating all edits.
V. Bryant will verify that any agreements between the Planning Board and other county entities
noted in the Site Plan Review Law are in place. She will also confirm the existence of forms
noted in the Site Plan Review Law.
J. McConkey MOVED submitting the Final Draft Review Law to the Enfield Town Board.
M. Carpenter seconded. PASSED unanimously.
Enfield Wind Farm: J. McConkey MOVED adding an addendum to a letter of agreement which
reads ‘The Enfield Planning Board consents to the Enfield Town Board to become the lead
agency for reviewing this project.’ K. Smith seconds. PASSED unanimously.
Motion made and seconded. Meeting Adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
