Buck Hill Subdivision: V. Bryant provided information about and the Board reviewed a map of the parcels involved in the Buck Hill Subdivision. One parcel is being subdivided into three parts; one is being retained, one sold and one given away; the sold and given pieces are going to the same person. This is a Minor Subdivision. The Board reviewed the Subdivision Regulations to determine if they have everything needed to approve the subdivision; they determined everything was in order based on the circumstances. Motion by K. Smith to approve the subdivision on behalf of Seneca Valley Realty, seconded by A. Chaffee, approved without dissent. Code Enforcement Officer A. Teeter asked the amount of the associated fee the law mentions. The law refers to the Site Plan review fee, which is $50. Old Business 1. Site Plan Review Law Revision: C. Rothermich expressed concern that the building size mentioned at the top of page two was too small for agricultural buildings; however, the law exempts agricultural buildings in accordance with NYS Agricultural District Law. With this clarification, C. Rothermich withdrew any objection. A. Chaffee said she thought the discussion at the last meeting was stalled on single and two family dwellings, an issue which seems to now be resolved. V. Bryant referred the Board to page 4, the Filing Application; the question is where should the check list go – on page 4 or at the end? Consensus was at the end. V. Bryant referred to page 10, addition of “existing [surface] drainage”. This is an issue identified in the Owasco law, so she incorporated it into the Enfield draft. She will continue to compare the two laws and the Board may be able to complete the draft document at the next meeting. Meeting adjourned, 7:50 p.m.
